At Salt Creek we are continuously working to provide a robust learning experience to meet the needs of our GATE students. Needs of GATE students are primarily addressed through differentiation in the general education classroom. Salt Creek does, however, offer a variety of optional enrichment opportunities after school that students may participate in.
Each fall, ALL 3rd grade students are tested for GATE identification using District wide criteria. At Salt Creek 3rd grade families are notified the fourth quarter of the testing results.
